Congrats on reaching this level of accomplishment in your pilot training and experience! This web page is to help you with answering your questions and help focus you on the CHECK-RIDE. First and foremost this is your check-ride and as such you are the Pilot/Applicant - PIC. You are responsible for the flight per 14 CFR 61.47, unless a safety issue arises that requires me to assume PIC authority.

IN order to request a practical test with me, I require that you completely fill out and submit the Appointment Information Sheet to ensure that you are prepared and that I have all of the correct information to process your application. As you fill in the blanks remember to be as complete and through as possible as any missed or incorrect information could affect your ride and lead to a rescheduling. Once the information sheet has been completed, please email it to me at bob@romeosierra.com.
Note: If you are not in the primary service area of the Reno FSDO. I require a minimum of two PTs to travel to your area. This may require adjustments to your initial date and time requests. I will endeavor to honor, on a first come first serve basis, your initial request, but reserve the right to change, modify and or reschedule your PT.
Upon receipt, review and acceptance of the information sheet I will send a VENMO QRC [use only the 'pay as a FRIEND', other payments will be returned and you may lose your place in the queue] for payment of the Pre-Requisite Setup fee [NOTE: THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE, BY PAYING THIS FEE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT THE FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES] . I will email a confirmation with the date, time and location we have negotiated for your checkride. Please be patient as I have a first come first serve policy and will attempt to honor that as much as possible.

This is a non-refundable one-time charge due at the submission of the Appointment Information Sheet. This must be made through a VENMO
account in order to make the NON-REFUNDABLE PRE-Requisite Setup Fee. The last 4 digits of my phone are 3255 for use with VENMO
